Saturday 26th October 2019 - 12:30pm - 5:30pm

Last Entry:


Last Entry for ALL ticket holders will be two hours after the event start time:


  • Friday Night session - last entry 8.30pm

  • Saturday Day Session - last entry 2.30pm

  • Saturday Night Session last entry 8.30pm


Right of admission is reserved.


Tickets and Entry:


All ticket holders must have valid ID on entry. Acceptable forms of ID to prove you are over 18 include: A photo driving licence. A passport. A proof of age card, such as the PASS card from the national Proof of Age Standards Scheme.


Rescheduled Tickets:


If you purchased tickets for the original dates in early October that were reschedules, please collect your wristbands from the ticket booth on Guildhall Square on West Marlands Road from 30 minutes before the event start time.


VIP Ticket Holders:


VIP ticket holders should arrive with their group of 10 people from 30 minutes before the event start time and head to our ticket booth on Guildhall Square on West Marlands Road to collect your golden envelope containing your wristbands, drink and food vouchers.


Seating Ticket Holders:


Seating ticket holders should join the seating queue on Guildhall Square on West Marlands Road.


Standing Ticket Holders:


Seating ticket holders should join the standing queue queue on Guildhall Square on West Marlands Road.


Wrap up warm:


Please ensure you wrap up warm. Inside the marquee will be warm however outside may be cold.


Cards Payments Only:


The bars are operating a card payment only system.


Fancy Dress:


Oktoberfest fancy dress is recommended however please refrain from wearing anything offensive.


Lost Property:


Lost something at this years Oktoberfest Southampton?


Please email lostproperty@oktoberfestsoton.com to see if we have your item's handed in.


The rules:


  • Antisocial behaviour will not be tolerated. You will be asked to leave.

  • Bringing alcohol and food onto site is not allowed.

  • Bringing camping chairs or similar seating items is not allowed.

  • Dancing on tables or benches is not allowed. Those found doing so will be asked to leave the event. This is for your safety and those around you

Oktoberfest Southampton are proudly supporting the Wessex Cancer Trust. Please give whatever you can spare to the collectors throughout the venue. Wessex Cancer Trust believes that there should be help and support available to everyone living with cancer, when and where they need it. Every year around 23,000 people are diagnosed with cancer within the Wessex region.
